Curling lips

Does anyone have a tutorial for bending in the edges of lips to make Conrad lips. I know it's probably pretty simple to do but just looking for better instruction than just jumping in.

I just use a pair of nippers or end cutting pliers to bend the lips.

I use a thinner lip version of the A 40. The plug is 1.125 dia. The A Jr is the same lip to use for a Jr Conrad with the lip bent up.

I built a small aluminum jig that fits into the vice... then tap the edges around to form the cup with a hammer..

A good run is better than a bad stand!

Now the only way to get them is to buy one of Salty's Conrad kits.
