Seen any good DVDs lately?

I watched 300 and 23 last week which were ok. Seems like nothing good has come out in some time. Anyone have any new DVD reccommendations?

Saw Apocalypto, thought it was great.
Departed was great
Good Shepard was good

Not sure if it is on dvd or video,
But I'm waiting on a video/dvd a friend filmed while they hooked up to an 850 lb tuna they caught & landed last week up in Maine on a live haddock.

If you can find it... get the movie "Magic," with Anthony Hopkins and Ann Margaret... from 1978. Don't know if Hopkins won an Oscar for it... but he sure deserved one!

Maybe the best- written & directed movie I've seen outside of Hitchcock!! No mystery why: Richard Attenborough who directed-- & William Goldman who wrote it-- were two of Hollywoods' best ever as well!

Not for kids... but not too scary or at all gory, so fear not! You can thank me later!

it was a cool flick - lots of good one liners -"It was an honor to die by your side"...." it was an honor to live by yours"

I liked the hunchback scene in the perisian camp and the hot babes,,,,,I was thinking, I would have sold my buddies out in a hearbeat. Im guess Im pretty shallow.
