AYC: Seal?
A buddy of mine mentioned he didn't feel AYC needed to be sealed -- did any of you find this to be true?

Why not seal it? It's an easy step in plug building.

Although the Ayc probably will not split or crack, it will start absorbing water, making the plug a bit heavier & effecting its action.

Thanks for the responses. I searched on this and saw this debated a few times in the past, too. Guess I'll seal it to be safe.
