Limited production SVT focus 4 sale

For Sale

2002 Sonic Blue SVT focus #755 of 4788.

Mods include: AEM CAI (Blue), FC Off-Road Pipe, H4 Xenon heads/matching fogs w/ fog mod, Custom Interior Trim Paint (DuPont Sonic Blue metallic/Clear Coat), Custom Blue Brake Calipers, Custom Shorty Antenna, 5% Llumar tint (rear 3 windows), Focus De-Badged

This is a limited production run car, and 1 of only 1184 in the Sonic Blue (Dupont) paint.

It has a 6 speed transmission, and a 2.0 litre Zetec SVT motor with full length race header, dual stage intake manifold, variable cam timing, and other SVT premiums.

This car is a terror on the Auto-X track, and with a good driver can beat Cobra's and Lightning's and other V8's.

This car has only 11,000 miles. Excellent condition. $12,700 firm. This is a "buyout". This is not "NADA" or "Kelley Blue Book" price. I am not looking to profit off the sale of this car. You pay Ford Credit the buyout figure, and the title is forwarded to you.

I have a Focus too and while not exactly a import its not exactly home grown either....

Not a bad car, but rather have the Cobra (or better a Ford GT )

No doubt. I hear ya. I'd love to have Sonic Blue Terminator Cobra.

And the GT, well that thing just owns.

The only thing the SVT focus shares with the "regular" focus, is the chassis, and a few of the body panels. The SVT is a totally different animal.

I invite anyone to come to a New England SVTOA AutoCross event, and watch the SVT Focus humble 99.9% of all Mustang/Cobra owners.

Car is still for sale. Anyone interested in it can contact me. Other than that, I see no reason to post in this thread unless your interested in the listing.

Yeah, the chassis. The shell. The body of the car. Are you really that anal? Are you really that bored? Why do people insist on hijacking threads? If your not interested, go away. Everytime a newbie comes to this board and posts, the Hijackers infiltrate the posts. Its mind boggling.

Ok so lets see, the doors are the same, and the fenders too. and the hood. The rear hatch, the motor (top and bottom end, and internals) are all different, so is the tranny, the brakes, the wheels, the exhaust, the interior, and just about everything else on the car.

Thats "what up".

Like I said, Auto-X, not drag strip. The SVTf will outperform a Cobra on the twisties. If you need proof, just come to one of the many NE-SVTOA events we have. Your invited.

With the right driver, an Escort GT ITA car can beat a 390HP Terminator Cobra on an Auto-X track.

The SVTf is the best bang for the buck under 20K car on the road.

If you would like, I can post the results from an NE-SVTOA Auto-X event, and you will the SVTf at the top, only one Cobra could beat it, and that was a 96 Cobra, full race, with a good driver. And it only won by a few seconds.

HAHA! I posted and I'm not interested in a focus. Am I in trouble? I had a Socker mom's caravan with a juiced up 2.5 turbo that would leave that in the dust.

JB - the "newcomer" has been around here since the start and is a friend and decent chap too...

And while an SVT is not exactly as apt in these classifieds as say a Sand Sled would be, you're still getting a shot to list it.

Another Focus owner but much rather fish out of the Sled(s)

John the way you talk about this car every body knows you have raced it .
So why would they even consider buying it.

Some things are better left unsaid when selling. Tell the person of any problems but not that you take to the Auto X trac.

Good point, but ummmmm, this particular car has never seen the Auto-X track. I never once stated this SVTf had been on the track. Now Buddy's (WIZARD Racing), that is the Auto-X car.

Since there is ZERO moderation in this forum, we could in reality, keep this ridiculous pissing contest going for ions and ions, without even a peep from a Moderator or Admin.. But considering I am not interested in arguing with strangers over the internet, I'd like to request that this thread be deleted. Since certain "adults" are unable to stay on topic, and come off as Thread Shredders, there is no need to continue to have this particular thread up. It will only get worse, and next thing you know, it will be getting personal. Some people just want to hijack, stay-off topic, and overall just make people miserable.

Hijacking threads is like SPEAKING IN ALL CAPS. It rubs people the wrong way. But some are just too ignorant to admit it. But I realized several months ago why people talk about this board the way they do. Maybe I'm the only one who has said anything about the blatent thread hijacking? Oh well. Dont hate the messenger. The messenger isnt the problem, the mesage is.

Try staying on topic, you'll make peoples experience on S-B much more enjoyable. You see how a simple listing of a car for sale turns into something negative, because a select few choose to hijack the thread, then the instigators come along and add their 2 cents in? I believe this is done out of boredom. Some people are just bored out of their minds, and have no life, thus turning into "Trolls", or thread hijackers. You know you'll never admit your wrong, and your a nuisance, but really......you ruin the forum. Go fishing.

Please continue your pissing contest/cock fight in one of your own threads.

And remember, arguing on the net is like the Special Olympics, no matter who wins......your still retarded.

Anutha thread bites tha dust................
