Condolences.....
To the Red Sox Nation, you showed your heart, character and grit, you were worthy...it's just a shame one of these two teams had to lose!
I am not writing this to pour salt in the wound but to say, I and every other die hard Yankee fan feared the Sox of 03 and I for one give them the props, they have gotten my respect!
See ya next year, it should be fun.
Anybody else hear this on Sports Center:
They played each other 23 times this year, it took them exactly 83 hours to play those games, this year is the 83rd year the Sox sold the Babe to NY....freaky I think....
Great series boys...what more could anyone have asked for?

Thanks MM,
Man I don't know if it's just me but I felt exhausted just watching the damn series.

Here is some more history on the curse of the Bambino:
Boone who hit the homer was wearing the # 19
Boone's home run came at 12:18 am
1918 the redsox traded Babe Ruth to the Yankees

26 times this year, but who's counting.
Yep, it was a fight to the end, but once they tied it up, I knew it was over. So close.
Thanks Rockhopper

The curse is Crap...
Rock - nice & true.
One helluva game. See ya next year. Wish they had pulled Martinez. Yes I'm still sore. Yes, there is one team I want to win now from Miami and it ain't the Dolphins!

Hey John,
If you can't root for "those damn Yankees" I guess rooting for a fish ain't that bad.
See ya guys in a few hours...I'll be heading up to Rhody in about a half hour.
