Got to kind of wonder if it is going to take 15 years to execute this guy. Not likely the judge will reduce the sentence to life w/o.

It is Virginia......

I don't think they'll juice him for awhile. They're going to try him in some other counties in Virgina for the other shootings, plus maybe for the one they did in Alabama.

The more death sentences that get imposed, the more likely it is that one of them will stick after an appeal. And it will only take one
