Its the 'floating circle' game..... if you make that circle like I'm doing and get your 'oponent' to see it, you get to punch him on the arm... there's rules, like the floating circle has to be below the waist, so you opponent has to look down... then they see it..
we all do it at work and as juvinile as it sounds it can be a bast. we dont punch though
