Found a fixer upper today

Took a walk at lunch and came across this beauty.
I think she sell pretty cheap.

High tide appears to be the only time she levels out. Got glass?

At high tide she is still in the same position, just has a bit o water inside.
All the numbers and the name are gone, so I think its been
abandoned, (shes in Southie).
