What do you catch most of your fish with?
This is what I did best on last year
1. Salt water Assassins
2. live eels
3. sand eels
4. rebels
5. chunked herring

If I have to pick from those choices it would be 1. Live eels and 2. Sand eels. Otherwise I would have to say "wood" is number one in my book!

No BF that's what I catch most of mine on in order. But I stocked up on some Hab's and Tattoo plugs during the off season. I'm planning on throwing needles a lot more in the CT River this year, so the standings might change.

I catch the overwhelming majority of my fish on soft plastics. Sluggo's, Strorms, and Ledgerunners account for a lot of fish. Behind that, it's yozuri mag darters, bombers, polaris poppers, and teasers in no particular order

2) Needlefish
3) Darters
4) Submerged metal-lipped swimmers (Atom 40 and surfster types)

What? If I tell you folks what I use to catch fish, then everyone in the WorldWideWeb will know and there will be a huge rush to get my preferred bait, leaving me with none!
OK, I'll take a chance and tell, but please.... Shhhhhh... mums the word!
1. Fresh whole dead herring
2. Chunk herring & Mackerel
3. Topwater plugs

As far as my records indicate these would be my top producers.
jig n pig
graves style tins
bomber type swimmers
live eels
dead eels rigged on a tin
I need to start using more wood and surface stuff.
Best regards,
Mark
