You should be able to find schoolies. Might still be a bit early for the biggins.
I have not been out in the boat yet, but we been getting smallies from shore.

Maybe try in around the harbor like jettys/piers etc....
Herring have been moving up the harbor towards the rivers, might be a good idea to move in more and try there.
Just some suggestions.
Good Luck.

Yes there be fish out there, not in any great numbers yet. try fishing the inner harbor in the warmer waters. There are cod off of the north shore.

I saw a bunch of schoolies today. I work in Marina bay and went for a walk on the boardwalk after lunch. Low and behold I look down in the water below the boardwalk and there was a nice gathering of 30-40 fish in 5-10 feet of water.
All small of course, 16-28 inches, but still it's great to see fish when you're on break, especially when you're stuck behind a frickin desk all day

I was out Wednesday and marked some good sized schools but they didn't seem to like what I was offering. I'll be out again in the morning for most of the day. If anyone's out and about I monitor 9 and 68 as " Gemini ".
Good luck everyone
