Another Fifty
Weighed in another 50 pounder from Watch Hill Rip. The fish was taken on an eel at slack tide 3:00AM Wednesday morning by Paul Richards. Paul has been at the game for over 40 years and finally got his fifty. The fish weighed 51.65lbs.

Great fish, fished that area for the first time early last week with a friend who has a summer place down there. Incredible to see near low tide what that rip is like. Unfortunately biggest fish was 32" not close to fifty lbs.....

Now we need Nils to bag one just like that in his kayak!

Wow what a cow. Anyone keeping track of the 50s and over, I want to say this is the 3rd or 4th one I have heard about in the past few weeks.

I hope not.....
The tickets I bought for my 50lb sleigh ride are for Hawai...
I'm wishing and dreaming... like everyone else. I still have to put more hours on the water for that to happen. It's like winning the lottery.
