Angry Small boat and windy weather

From NOAA Marine forecast, RI Sound
Today: SW wind 10 to 15 KT increasing to 15 to 20 KT with gusts up to 25 KT late in the afternoon. Seas building 2 to 4 ft. Showers developing mainly late in the afternoon with a chance of tstms. Vsby 1 to 3 nm in the late afternoon.
Tonight: SW wind around 15 KT with gusts up to 25 KT, becoming w 10 to 15 KT late. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Patchy fog through the night. Showers likely in the evening. Vsby 1 nm or less, increasing to 1 to 3 nm.

This sucks, three times in the last week I have either been thunderstormed or winded or fogged out.... this sucks...
would be fine but the shore bite has slowed down as well.....
