I have a 10000 and a 6000...you got a 8000 by chance? (that is my next reel) Let me just say this is one of the finest spinning reels made today. I don't know why he is selling it...the 10K is a big reel and has a manual bail. It could whip a 50-100# tuna without a problem stock right from the box. the 20K is for giant fish, you could load that with 100# braid and take nearly anything.

You need to feel how tight and how smooth this reel is, one turn of the handle and a smile will come to your face. This is the reel IMO. the 10 K is about the size of a penn 850SS maybe slightly bigger. Works excellent with braid.

ScottM- no not going to the new rig. At this point, I am not sure if there is going to be a new rig.

The only reason I am selling it is because I have not used it. It is still sitting in the box. I like using the Trinadad TN 30 for the footballs. I can cast them a country mile.
