If you like pork chops

Then make this one for your wife or girl, or friends.

Get some porkchops about 1/2" thick, with the bones.
you will need the following also:
olive oil
italian seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper

1 bottle of Holland house white cooking wine with lemon for 4 chops. So get enough wine for the amount of chops. If you make extra you can cut the chops into pieces and make sandwiches the next day.

Heat some oil in a frying pan, and then season the chops. I like to season one side real well, and then place them in the pan seasoned side down. Then season the other side. Brown the chops on both sides, and the pan will start to get dark.

Once you are satisfied with the browning of the chops, cover them with water, and let the water boil out. You should do this 2 times, it will ensure the chops are cooked through, and makes them tender. After the water boils out the second time, try not to burn the pan, it is time to add the wine, same way as the water. Let the wine reduce until it is thickened. In other words don't boil it out all of the way. It makes a nice sauce to put on the chops and dip your bread in.

Get yourself some nice fresh italian or frech bread, make a nice salad, maybe some roasted potatoes, and suprise you wife, you won't regret it

simple chops.

broiler pan
boneless chops 1"thick (get the bulk pack)
get the broiler going.
season BOTH SIDES of the chops with garlic, onion, fresh cracked pepper, little salt.

preheat the broiler pan (that thing with the slots in it)
Set a timer for 2 minutes.
lay the chops on the pan put em under the heat (3-4 inches away) and start the timer.

timer goes off turn them over and restart timer.
turn them over every two minutes EXACTLY

do this so each side cooks total 4 minutes.

optional::
raspberry chipotle pepper sauce (or some other finishing sauce) brushed on before starting the 5th minute

on pan
cook 2m
flip
cook 2m
flip
brush with sauce
cook 2m
flip
brush with sauce
cook 2m

REMOVE FROM OVEN.

during the 8 minutes you can make some quick lipton rice and sauce and greengiant niblets corn with butter sauce.

simple and cheap.

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.

will cook for food
