The Pain Gets Worse!
Well first I want to thank everyone for the help in trying to get me on the water again!
But the pain did get worse.
I found the part I need at Bub's Marine in Lakeville and it'll take a week to get it, here's were it gets worse ...
They told me the part is $464.00 ... then they told me to keep my wallet out because I will need to replace alot more than just that part because I have to drop the leg, remove the powerhead, replace the waterpump & impeller, plus I'll need a bunch of gaskets to put it all back together.
So needless to say after 12 calls to local boatyards to see if I could just drop it off and maybe get it back within a month, all said the wait would be 2-3 months for that type of work.
With that said it looks like I'll be tackling this job myself and hope top get back in the water before you guys catch all the fish. I think my down time may be about 2-3 weeks so please just save me a few fish out there for when I return to the water.
