Most of the molds only accept one hook type (it's often etched onto the face of the mold for ease of reference). The most popular for jigs that size is a a Mustad 34184 in 8/0

I often upsize the hooks in a mold like in the 4-5 oz mold I would either use a 9/0 3407 or34007ss.with a brass sinker eylet or make my own eylets out of ss wire.which is stronger.I like the older hooks that are also stronger than the duratin new hooks.its alittle more work but I like the result thats why I go thru the trouble to make my own.It might take a little fileing of the mold where the hook exits do alittle at a time tilll u get it right. In smaller molds U can use the bigger hooks but that takes alittle more trimming with a dremel.

The Mustad 34185 short shank hooks only go up to size 8/0. Those are what the Do It mold calls for in the 2-3 oz bills. If you prefer long shank hooks, the 34184 is the long shank version. Mustad 91715 comes in the 9/0 size and fits the 4 and 5 oz mold. Its a long shank hook. Smaller sizes also fit in the other size molds. You can also use a dremil to modify the mold to take a larger hook if you like. Just go slow and check your work often.
