time of a post........???

hi all, wondering why the time on a post does not match realtime....is there a way to adjust this????????.......

In user cp you can change the setup. I'm on Time offset:
GMT -5 hours. Select your time zone from the list: to match the computers time to sb.com time.

user cp, "edit options" and scroll down to the bottom and change settings, dont forget to "submit the changes"
