Tuna off of Cape Ann

My buddy gave me a report of small blue fin hanging around about 1 mile from Thatchers light!!!! saw them there at 8:30 while operating the whale watch boat and they were still in that area on the return trip at 1:00pm

Tomorrow can be a different story!!!

There has been an abundance of bait fishswimming around about 5-6" long!!!

Fly your killing me!!

Did you go after them? I'm assuming these would be in the 70lb range?

Maybe they'll still be there on Sunday!!

The fish I saw over the past couple nights seem to be "smallish", maybe around 30 pounds. A few bigger schools mixed in. I have yet to see any Giants.

Talked to my buddy on the whale watch and they saw tuna about ten miles out on jefferies!!!

They were around my boat today about 11:30am just off the Groaner!!! The fellas that I was chartering today tried casting chunk baits towards them with no luck!!!

By the way ,we had 8 nice stripers and we have been dog free all week!!!
