I'm thinking of heading out at 0 Dark Thirty thru sunrise. If anyone will be out So Co or NPT - shoot me a PM... I have not been fishing much so I don't have thumb on pulse

Fished Mackrel Cove and surrounding areas yesterday AM - still too many Bluefish to fight through during daylight hours. So (outside of Blues which don't count) we got skunked.

Anyone sighted any Bonito yet this season (in say the BI, Beavertail, South Beach triangle). I have heard some rumors but no first hand reports.

TRB,

Yep, I had the family out this all day and we found tons of Blues up around the Hurricane barrier in Providence. As I was motoring back to port we fell into masses of them just west of Warwick Point - we caught fish until everyone said "uncle".

My arms hurt....
