Airbrush

I have been thinking about taking the dive into plug making. I am a ex-toolmaker with access(at work) to engine lathes.
What should I be looking for in an airbrush?
Can they run off of a standard air compressor?

thanks

check out dixieart.com for abc's of airbrushes( and best $$ ), run of most any compressor, use water seperator and pressure regulator.

That place does seem cheap, even compared to Ebay.

Do you think the Paasche Millennium is good enough?
