At times this season I was very critical of one individual on the Sox, as we all were! When they hired him...I was not very enthused!
Well.....in light of the recent post season and World Series victory, I am going to have yet another helping of crow and admit that I was wrong about Terry Francona!
What a fabulous job he did after all! Some of his moves were, at times, a bit odd, but in the end he brought Red Sox fans what they had wanted and desired for 86 seasons.....a World Series Championship.
Sprinkled with a fantastic defeat of the Yankees.....does not get any better than this!
I hope it tastes like turkey!
