I've already written the show off. It's deinitely better than Charlie Moore.
When you are lucky enough to actually catch the show, it's not too bad, but the key is being lucky. I think NESN is the one yanking our chains.
The station has that idiot Charlie Moore on multiple times every week, with shows that have NOTHING to do with the current season. Yeah, I love watching a goon fishing in shorts and tee shirt while it's 20 degrees outside with a foot of snow.
The killer is that I can not recall ever hearing that he had ever won a tournament. What is the deal with this?
Anyway, whenever a GOOD New England fishing show comes around, it usually gets the worst possible time slots for broadcast, so you need to rearrange your schedules just to watch the show.
I'm really glad that it's winter, and the temps are falling so I can hit the ice and forget about hibernating in front of the TV.
Just my $0.02 worth.

The past show 12/19 i really enjoyed. I could actually relate to it which they were actually casting from the surf and not like most shows were they use a boat. To many commercials which would be ok if the show was at least an hour. Did anyone watch the show.
The following is n e angling description that was filmed and narrated on Long Island (South Fork, NY) in the surf.
"The Captains Andy and Rich hook up with Fisherman publisher Fred Golofaro. They spend the day experiencing the fall bite in the surf on the south fork of Long Island. Blitzing fish, screaming birds, and load of action. They catch plenty of blues and bass to over 20lbs on plugs, bucktails, and soft plastic shads. "

I watched the 12/19 show, it was a good one. I always check NESN to see whats on, and its either espn news or Charlie Moore. I lucked out the other day. Does anyone else think they would push charlie off the boat if you were fishing with him.

I had the unfortunate luck of having to be one booth away from him at a sportsman's show last winter. Bad enough we were huddled around a 13" watching The Datona 500, but I also had to listen to him all day.
