Lefty Clones2
Well I made Andy sweat long enough. Andy, yours is the olive one on left. The olive one on right is original Lefty NIB gave me.

I have a question. How do you cover the tail wraps to make it look smooth like that? Is it built up with putty and sanded smooth or is there some special trick to it? I have some bomber types that I just carved and would like to try the regular method of wiring them instead of cutting a slot like I've been doing, but I don't like the look of tail wraps on them so I want to try this. By the way, those look great, just like all the other ones I've seen that you've posted!

I used plumbers epoxy. Then filed it down after it dried. It has the consistency of Play do and sets up in about 5 minutes
