Same kid. I don't care how many times I see it, it brings a smile to my face. That kid is famous and that song is like #1 over in Europe thanks to that kid.
It appears he's got his 15 minutes of fame plus some. I still laugh every time I see it though. Finally, someone more insane and uglier than me!
Seeing how crappy this winter has been, at least this video has llifted my spirits.
