All were turned on the drill press from round stock. Did 16 of the small needles. 6" long and around 1.25 ounces. Took me a while to get the weighting right, but I eventually just copied the pics from Slip's tiger maple thread and they behaved perfectly The stubby prototype is 5-3/4" long and just under 3 ounces. It's AYC and packed with lead. Casts like a mother but floats/really slow sink at a 45deg angle just under the water. Leaves a wake like a powerboat...I can't wait to see how this thing fishes -spence Attached Thumbnails
