Herring

Hey folks, they're here! Just spent Easter Sunday with the miss's uncle in Kingston Ma. He's one of the harbor masters there and he's reporting herring in numbers, especially at the ladder. I think it's just about time perhaps?

I took a ride to a run I know in S.E Ma. yesterday. Usually use it as a gauge as to when I start. Run was empty. Was right around High tide too. Surprised given the reoprts of em in the runs a little further south (R.I.) But then again this particular run has had fewer and fewer over the past few years as there are couple of people that take everything that goes up and down it. Probably take any tootsie rolls that may come down too.
