Cape May Road Trip

My son and I are picking up our new ride in Capr May on Friday morning. We plan on slinging a few eels before heading north... If it can't catch fish I don't need it!

Outfitting her with 2 E80 Raymarine units for GPS, Depth and Video.

Took her for a run last night in Capy May and she ran great. Ran high and smooth at 4500 RPM's and 30KTS. That should be about 10gph on the Yahama 4 stroke and it's not even working. (22 hrs on the Engine) Thats a quiet engine... you can talk at that speed, I'm comming from 2 V8's....

Fished Friday AM for 3 hours before I hit the road. My son got a 30'' Bass at Bug Light in the Bay on a clam...

It's not a bad drive 6-7 hours and if you can get thru NY in the 11AM-2PM range you may not have traffic the whole way. I plan on making a trip down there in November. Bill at Cape May marine is a great guy and can hook you up with a nice dock space for the weekend.

Made it home safe and had a great few days with my soon to be 15 year old son....

Can't wait to get the Raymarine stuff in!

Nice looking rig MTC. Wish you well with it. Sure better gas mileage than my Chevy 350 block. See you on the water soon.
