Tires?
quick question for everyone. anyone know where i can get some cheap tires. i am getting rid of my truck next summer and just need tires for a year or so. so far the cheapest i have found is 107 for coopers mounted and balanced ea. tire. i have the bf goodrich AT's and am looking for a highway/all season tire this time (quieter/smoother ride) they are 31x10.5r15's (OE)
i hope i dont have to dish out over 400 bucks for new tires
thanks everyone.

Some of the smaller car dealerships have used tires too. Could be worth your time to make some quick phone calls.

I think they're quiet for a very agressive A/T. They aren't any louder then the BFG Rugged Trails they replaced on my truck and the A/T's are now at least 50% worn.
If you get a D-rated BFG A/T though and you have a lighter truck be prepared for a slightly rougher ride.
Also check out a Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo for a really nice A/T with maybe better road manners then the BFG. Plus you can get it as a C-rated tire in several sizes that you can't with the BFG and it might be a few $$ cheaper. I love my BFG though, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Don't forget with tires you buy online you still have to pay for all the extras; mounting, balancing, valve stems, etc. You may blow the savings on that alone as it quickly adds up.

I agree.
Most stores froun on "on-line" shopping savings then bring you're tire to them for an install.
Saltheart had a good point. We all love "BJ's"
