I have to admit,
@ 10 mil a season Brady is a bargain, and the fact that he did NOT demand Mike Vick or Peyton Manning dollars, proves he cares more about winning as a team, rather than himself over the team!
I saw the list of highest paid quarterbacks in the league on tv when they were comparing Brady's contract, and I don't think he is in the top 5 highest paid!
Those other quarterbacks in the top 5 salaries, won't win a thing, because there is no more cap money to pay the rest of the team!!!

I know!!!
And I also know they have most all of the team buying into that way of thinking, There is no I in team and the team comes 1st.
Which is exactly why Lawyer Milloy and Cry Law are gone!!!
And is the same reason in Oakland, I have NO use for Charles Woodson!!!
You guys made all the "Old" jokes about Rich Gannon, Jerry Rice, and Tim Brown.
But those juys brought the Raiders a great 4 year run, getting them to 1 super bowl and in a few other AFC championship games,
yet after each season, including Gannon winning league mvp, they all restructured their contracts for the good of the team, so other key players could be resigned,
Yet Charles Woodson held out and demanded to be paid as the highest corner in the league!!!
And is why Oakland is trying to dump him now !!!

He's still pulling in a well deserved top dollar, but in a team first way.

"His new six-year, $60 million contract, complete with a $14.5 million signing bonus and a $12 million option bonus next spring, offers enough guaranteed cash that Brady can boast he's one of the highest-paid players in the league, but doesn't require his team to suffer a salary cap blow."

GO PATS!!!!!!!!
