Is there anyway...

...to make old metal lures (spoons/kastmasters) shine again? I'm sick of buying news ones when I've got a pile of dull ones sitting on the work bench.

Buy some reflective prism tape (it comes in sheets) at a fly shop or craft store and stick it on the Kastmaster and then trim it to fit with an exacto knife or razor.
I had a couple that I did that with and then I put on a new hook tied with flashabou and lime bucktail - they were my best producing tins.

What Joe said.

The combinations are endless. There are so many colors and types of tape.
Makes a great "crappy day" project.

We used to apply heat shrink tubing to our old tins. You can get it in different diameters. Heat it with a blow dryer. A white kastmaster is deadly. Very durable.
