Angry Batson's breaking.

in 1 year, of the 7 batson blanks built between 3 guys i fish with (3 - 1088's and 4 - 1089's), 5 have broken! my two 1089's are the only ones still standing. all of the 1088's and 2 of the 4 1089's are now in pieces. only one has been on a fish. the last 1089 broke saturday night on a 45" fish. has anyone else run into this problem??? i am all done with these rods. they just aren't worth the effort of building them if they keep snapping. all Lami's from here on out for me!!!
