Why doesn't he just hop in my back pocket..

I went out last night after work for a few casts and I'm fishing this river outlet. 1st cast I hook into a decent fish 29-30'". there's this guy across the river watching me and sees me bring it in and put it back.

Now the place I'm fishing is probably 30 feet across to the other side of the river where he is. I'm standing on this rock thats 5 feet below the wall on my side. 2 minutes later I look up and the Guy is standing on the wall directly above me casting over MY HEAD.....he was so close I could have turned around and Whacked him in the shins w/ a Boga Grip...WTF

He's got his kids w/ him so I really didn't want to make a scene in front of his kids so I packed up and went to another spot.

I thought about going over to the other side and catching another fish just to piss him off
