Gorgeous night, and personal best.
Light breeze
Full moon
and catching a personal best..
42" 29lbs... (not quite 30.. d'oh!)
One hook bent straight
One hook (gamakatsu) snapped in half.
I have a renewed sense of appreciation for these fish. I couldnt believe the fights we were getting last night.
All about 1 hour before high with eels.... Headed back out tonight for sure.

We went back out to the same spot last night... WAY too windy out so didnt stay long..
The moonrise was incredible though....
