Sushi
While relaxing in bed from a recent offshore trip, my wife passed along to me an interesting article from "Food and Wine" magazine that dove into the details of sushi. With all the recent talk about all the tuna around, I thought I would post an image that targets the prime areas of a tuna and what they are traditionally used for.
