If you go fishing after midnight, do the fish count as that nights catch? or the following day and also if you leave the house at 12am does that mean you took the night off because technically its the next day?hmmmmm
If you are already out fishing at 10pm and catch fish until 1am does that count as one nights fish or do you split it up over two seperate days?? I count that as one night, one in the same....very intense question here

Thats funny, thats exactly what I did last Friday. All new line and leaders, re-lubed the reels and set out for a weekend of fishing on the pisquataqua river with my brother on his work boat. While trolling with a tube-n-squid I get a massive hit, line peeling like the #^^^^&ens. My brother keeps maneuvering the boat about for 15-20 minutes just to keep this beauty from spooling me, I can barely hold on to this fish as it swims from one end of the harbor to the other. I'd reel in 50 yards and she'd take back 100. I'm using 50# mono with 70# flouro and this sucker is making for the lobster pots. All I could do was try to hold on and you guessed it, SNAP! F-in lobster pots Felt like the biggest fish I've ever hooked.

OK A plug for eben, one night way back in june eben was next to me on one of my favorite rocks, he caught a fish that was about 19-20lbs and I got one about 12, so he beat the #^^^^^^& and I am man enough to admit this!
As he walked away I could see the smile on his face light up the night for the disagrace he had just put me through!
I was crushed, emotionally I was a wreck, here this guy shows me up!! on my rock! Oh the embaressment, I begged him not to tell anyone and to this day he has kept his word, I have now let the cat out of the bag and given him his due! Go ahead bask in it Every now and then the tail wags the dog
