Question FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 16

I AM THINKING ABOUT FISHING SOUTH COUNTY RI (AM HIGHTIDE) AND ITS GOING TO BE STORMY FROM OPHELIA. ILL BE FISHING WITH EELS AND STROMS SHADS FROM THE BEACH. WILL THE STORMY WEATHER MAKE THE FISHING BETTER OR WORSE? i WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT FISHING IN STORMS IS BETTER. ANY ADVICE ?

I love STRIPPAHZ

Usually the beginning of a swell/blow is better, too far into it and the water may get churned up and dirty in which case it could suck. Have to see what happens
