Your welcome, and thanks for the help on the reel. It was good to get together and shoot the bull but I'd rather have been fishing it was such a nice day.

Had a great time today. Got some work done , ate some chili and saw the S-B crew. A Good Day! Thanks for the hospitality Slip.(thanks for the plug envelope too! Great) Good chili Smokey. Good shrimp Steve . Soda , hot dogs , chips , brownies .... we are a well fed bunch of fisherman.
The Got Stripers jerk baits are excellent. Tougher than most
All these gatherings have been excellent.

Excellant time as usual and much thanks to Mr. & Mrs Slipknot for hosting it. Got a few reels done and found out that the most expensive reel I own is useless after only one limited season in the salt. Considering I'm not hard on my reels like most of you, that was a bit disturbing. So the saying you get what you pay for doesn't apply to fishing reels, at least not the Calcutta I have.
I've got to get back to pouring, I didn't think so many would take me seriously when I said introductory offer. That's ok, I've got you now .

Thanks again Bruce for everything. There's nothing better than a well lubed machine. I always get alot out of the s-b gatherings, a ton of information, full tummy, and five star hospitality.I hope the chilie gas isn't too overwhelming. Maybe I should bring a bottle of bean-o next time.

My wife wondered what the smell was! Thanks to everyone especially that sharp eyed Ox! Got to run going to the boat show, but got an interesting E-mail from Mr. Pogie on making a mold... I'll foreward it to everyone who is involved Specialist, Smokey, and Saltheart. Thanks again Mr. and Mrs. Slip

Sorry MR & Mrs Slip
Sorry I did not make it, was about to leave. However, friend I was taking had a minor accident. Spent some time trying to help with the car. Will make the next one.
Maybe we could have one at the shop in March or April. Would be willing to through in spooling the reels with mono for a penny a yard.
Sorry again,
Don M
