They are lead and no the 1/2 oz is the heaviest. For those sweetwater nuts, they have a 2/0 in 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4. The bigger 4/0 hook is on the 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 oz sizes. While I didn't order any in bulk, I will have all three packages with me at the show, so guys can take a look. I think I'd prefer my usual rigging on the 9" Big Jerk and probably the 7" Split Tail, as shown in this pic. The two bigger baits are rigged with an Owner 7/0 cutting point saltwater 90 degree jig hook and the smaller 6-1/2" Half Jerk and 5-1/2" Split Tail are rigged on the 5/0 size I use. When you get into the 4" baits, I'd switch to the 3/0. I will have bulk on all three sizes at the show, but not a tremendous supply (hint).

But for those smaller baits, this Sled Head hook is a very nice option. I've used a "rigging" style hook for tube baits before, which is what this design is based on and they are very snag resistant and good hookers. Anyone fishing those smaller baits, in really rocky spots and without the need for heavier weights (sorry Slip), these should be about the best bet out there for close to a snagless presentation.
