Seattle Fishing

Hi All - my brother who lives in Seattle just bought a boat and wants me to set him up for fishing. Problem is I have no idea what swims around Seattle. (Salmon maybe???) Do we have any board members in that area? What do you suggest he chase out there. What sort of setups do you use? I imagine he'd spend most of his time in-shore. It's a 26 ft boat.

There's got to be sites on the net that deal with fishing out his way.
There also must be b&t shops in his area that could help him out.

species ,Salmon: king, silver,coho.
bottom feeders : halibut, flouder, cod, pollock, ling, and snapper. tuna. got this off a fish outlet market menu from bow, washington. when i was there.
i would think downriggers are a must.
