tuesday night pogey paint

i'm in the cave, and i got wood to paint.

here's a bunch o' pics.






start with black.
smooth,,,, like salty's head.

mask it off nice and tight with toole'

white, down the belly.
silver, down a little lower..... don't cover the white.

gold, down the side.don't clean the gun you'll need that same gold.

flip it over and re-mask with toole' nice and tight.


same gold on top.

add a little bit of black, to the gold, for the top.


then clearcoat.

i put a little bit of blue, and a little bit of purple pearl in the clear.



that's how you get the scale pattern to go all the way arround the plug
