Needs a touch of red just below the area of the lip and maybe a blush below the tail. Soft spray a bit of black around the eyeholes if you want ot jazz it up. looks good for the first attempt at scales. What did you use for the scale material?/ Wife looking for the lace curtains?

Thanks I will see if I can do that with the rattle cans.

It looks like you bought one of every color available. The only suggestion that I would have is to buy the Cratex Transparent extender. I found that I can mix colors and use the extender to thin the paint and get better control doing fine stuff. You can also lighten colors without sacrificing coverage.
The extender is relativly cheap and goes a long way. 16 oz. bottle for under 6 bucks at Charrette.

Great job on the scales. If they were anymore life-like, they would swim away. Wish I had the talent!!

Nice scales. I actually got my netting from a friend. I was over his house around Easter, his daughter was decorating Easter Eggs and the kit had a couple peices of netting in the kit....(she gave it to me ).
By the way, I recognize the Navy Laundry bag.......6 years myself (1990 -1996)
