MSBA EXPO---Just keeps getting better--and we are not done
The Massachusetts Striped Bass Association is proud to have had the 2006 MSBA Annual Sport Fishing Exposition named by the MA Division of Marine Fisheries as the replacement location for the MA Salt Water Fishing Derby Awards. The "Governor's Cup" Awards are one of the most prestigious events held by the MA DMF Sport Fishing Program celebrating the rich family oriented recreational sport fishing tradition that exists here in the Commonwealth. The original date and location for the awards had to be postponed due to the blizzard of a few weeks ago. The rescheduled ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 26th at 1:30 pm during the 2006 Annual MSBA Sport Fishing Exposition held at Gillette Stadium.

It'll be my first as well and it promises to be a doosey!
I can't belive that the Gov's Cup Awards have now been added.
Too bad my family has no entries.
Didn't bring the kids fishing enough last season.
A few years back, our oldest (who was about 9 at the time, was runner up for scup in the kids division.
2.4 lb scup that she caught completely by herself on a WallyWorld ultralight rod with a 300 Baitrunner DRIFTING in SIXTY ft of water off Devil's Bridge!

Sandman and others,
MSBA had recently inquired about the process to host the awards. when the Blizzard cancelled the event as previously scheduled, we were called.
Everything is going well and this years show promises to be somehting very very special (and we are not done with the announcments). Please remember that this is a "test year". We are presenting our vision for the future of the expo. We have and will remain committed to holding this event, but we will only be able to move forward if you, the public responds. Without you, there is no reason to have the expo. Without your support, the show will not be a success and we are running out of options for the future. Please consider helping MSBA ensure the future of the EXpo by doing only one thing. Come and join party, this is all we ask. We are looking for feedback at the show so come see what the future may be.

JohnR, maybe we could get some S-B.com name tags made up so we can recognize site members as we move around the show??? Just a thought.

Exhibitor list is available
Hmmmm?
RedSoxTicket,
I posted that the other night (among other things) but the links are gone. Maybe I over wrote them. I can't fix it from this computer so I'll update it tonight. For now try...
