Unhappy Tough beginning for 'Gansett Bay fish?

Could be a tough year for fishing the Bay? Clammer sent pics saying there are A LOT of these critters out there...

If the blues come in the bay like they did last year, they will scare these puppies away in a hurry(ever see the movie Pirahna!)

if them puppies are around in the day fish there at night ! if there are seals there are fish at night gathering up the remains of the seals lunch .

that's nothing new, they are always around. i see them every spring when i'm fishing. they will be gone once the waters warm up. but, they do make good shark bait.

FISH CHATHAM INLET EVERY YEAR AND THERE IS ALOT OF SEAL,ALWAYS CAUGHT ALOT OF FISH,THEY SEEMED TO MAKE NO DIFFERENCE.ONE TIME AT NITE WE HAD ON CHASE AN EEL AND THAT WAS SCARY.

Hesh, what is scary is when you have a seal crash a striper which you just set the hook on a bottle swimmer and by the 4th run you figure you no longer have a 50 pounder on and it's a seal
I got my plug back by giving him slack and a little luck, but what was attached to the plug was gross.
