"water temps are rising" is a relative statement. I took my kids and dog to Narragansett beach today and that water was freakin COLD. The lab wouldn't come out though. By the sound of the reports, there should be fish everywhere in a week or two!!!!!

...how do you figure this???.....

....I was a local beach this afternoon, and there were 7 and 8 year olds running in and out of the ocean, some were even staying in!!!....I know as a child, you have no fear.....but c'mon....THAT WATER WAS FREEZING!!.......wish I had the "cahonas" to do that....

...it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

Tuesday night on my way back from the Providence post office (sending a love letter to the tax man) , I went by Lincoln Woods going down 146. There were about 100 kids in the water. It was about 6:30 PM . Not running in and out to get their toes wet. They were all the way in and staying there!

Kids spet the aftenoon turning blue in the splash pool yesterday, it was in the 90's but the well water is still 40 something. I remember back in the days when I would wade the local brooks in sneakers and jeans during April.
