Canal Breakfast now that quintals closed?
planning a rare (lately rare) early morning trip this weekend instead of fighting the friday night traffic. Where can you get a good breakfast now that the Crack of Dawn is closed?

Leo's, next to Red Top, or the Breakfast Nook, on Cranberry Highway in Wareham, across from Lindseys.
The Nook doesn't accept credit cards, tho.

Wow, another country heard from.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Hi Bruce,
Gald you still remember me
I've been messing with trout and freshwater critters because of having relocated more inland but this by no means diminish my interest in striper fishing
I have a rare opportunity to be in Boston and instead of flying I drove with the intent of checking the ditch out.
I usually make it to the ditch twice or trice a year--usually in and out.
Regards,
Joe

Hi Joe,
Good Luck wed.
The "rare" visit was in reference to the planned morning trip. We fish the canal fairly regularly but almost always at night the last couple of years.
Too bad Quintal's closed. we had many and some large gatherings there for breakfast after a morning of fishing!

Got skunked but I need to pay my dues to the striper gods anyway.
It was a treat for me to be out tossing jigs heavier than 1/4 oz. and it was a pleasure to wet a line with MikeP. I may come up to the canal more than before now that I know I won't be fishing solo most of the times
Tightlines
