Redington Rod Warranty

Anyone have any experiance with Redington regarding broken rods and getting them replaced? My buddy managed to snap my 6wt RS2 rod in half last weekend so i'm in need of getting it replaced. Anyone have experiance with replacement rods from Redington? How long does it usually take for them to ship out a new one? The e-mail they sent back to me said send $20 for return shipping fees etc., so i'm assuming they'll just send me a new rod?

I am pretty sure they are lifetime warranty. No questions asked.

Typically they are fairly quick and you're likely to just get a new stick.

They are owned by Sage these days, so transit time is 5+ days each way since they are on the West Coast plus a week or so for processing.
