Loading bombers...

So I got a couple extra bombers I'm loading with mineral oil.
How are you guys doing this sealing them?

I'm thinking a glop of RTV pressed into the hole carefully would close em out.

And since I have a few extra syringes (made for epoxy) I could probably do one with a very small hole and load it with herring oil?

with redfins I use a tooth pick jammed in as far as I can, then cut it off at the lure. Cover it with epoxy. seals it up pretty good.

heat paper clip up

perform brain surgery by poking hole in top of head

load with 10/15 cc

zap a gap or superglue on toothpick

jam toothpick in hole in head and let set

when set, snip toothpick off and sand down to make smooth

good luck

jim

ps...upgrade hooks to vmc

Heat rigging needle, poke a hole on top of the head, fill it with whatever, heat needle again and "paste" the lures own plastic to fill the hole again. Never had a leak.
