The time is coming so mark it on your calendars.....the August MSBA meeting features Plug Night IV!!!
The reins have been turned over to Reelecstasy aka Chris Lincoln aka VP of MSBA to run this year as I have done it the past 3 years and it is a huge undertaking as I can attest! Chris is putting together another fine evening of plug building, selling, trading and talking the likes of which has never been seen by the eyes of mankind......
.....well....that may be a bit over the top but as many of you know from the past 3 years, Plug Night is worth the trip with lots of beautiful handcrafted plugs on display and for sale....and just before the Fall run begins so it is pretty timely to say the least!!!
It also is a great opportunity to spend an evening catching up with old friends and talking over the fishing season at hand.....and you never know who may show up!!!
Most importantly, this years proceeds from the raffle of the plug bags stuffed with custom donated plugs, including all of the raffle table proceeds are being donated to the Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber Cancer Institute!!! I can't think of a better reason to go than just pitching into this worthy cause......as many of you know the proceeds from each Plug Night are donated to a different charity each year so come out to Plug Night IV at MSBA and enjoy a great evening of paying homage to the artificials we all love to build and fish with!!!
