Striper Cup- MSBA's 10 fish

I know some of you guys are entered under the team for MSBA. Since the team is not on the leaderboard you can't see what has been weighed in for the team on the OTW website. I got an update from a friend who works there of what has been weighed in for MSBA so I know how big a fish we need to make the top 10.

Anyways, here's what the list was as of yesterday.

48.8
35.0
34.81
34.43
32.8
31.25
30.87
30.43
28.09
24.0

You can cross off the 24 and add a 32.5 to the list...

Nice going DJ! Thanks for the update! They really should show all this info on the OTW site so we know what size fish to keep or not keep!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Unless you want 2nd place, you need 10- 45 pounders to win it

Ya, I hear ya. A 40 will be tough to come by from shore but that's a nice goal to aim for...

BTW, my buddy sent me an email, someone weighed in a 44 lb fish for msba yesterday so cross the 28 off the list, the smallest fish is now 30 lbs...

MSBA is juicing

Glad to see DJ on the board and who is the member
with the recent 44? Remember a 32 that bumps a 24
adds only 8 points and a 44 that bumps a 30 adds only
14points. MSBA is almost 60 points behind first place.
We are clipping away at Team #^&#^&#^&#^&'s but have long way
to go. Congrats to both members.

While Team #^&#^&#^&#^&'s may be commercials they are taking
fish at a time when the mainland clubs are reporting
zilch. Have all our fish gone to MV?????

I guess I should have weighed in a few fish that I had in the low 30s
But I wasn't going to weigh in any fish less than 40lbs for the striper cup or the MSBA derby this year!

OTW reports the 44 lb SB for MSBA is from our
record holder Charlie Cinto. Great work Charlie.

Putting in some effort

Going out with my cousin Pete (on his boat) looking for that 40 pounder in the AM somewhere off the Vineyard. Starting a month of serious fishing between now and 9/17 (size, not quantity) and trying to do MSBA proud. Hard Core From Shore does go out on boats and leaves Southie when he must. Update will be made tomorrow evening.
