Projo Fishing report.

ok, I do read it every week for entertainment. But Christ, this weeks is the most dismal I can remember reading for stripers. When the tackle shops can't put a good spin on things, it's time to sell the rod and take up golf!

Never, that's the Devil talking, it is just all the warm weather and the bait is still off shore, another week or so when the wind changes it will heat up big time. we just have to wait it out.

dude, I played golf for the first time in like 10 years this past weekend with some buddies and it was horrible. It is the most friggin' frustrating game on earth. I mean, the ball is right there, why can't I hit it?
I agree with Bob, things are gonna pick up soon!

Good Move

Dave -

Good move on the G/F thing, building up points, but be sure she does not forget it, because they have this tricky way of forgetting all the stuff you do to prepare for fishing ...

People who hate golf do so for one reason, because they SUCK at the game and have no talent!

Fishing and Golf both kick ass!

Some positive news on the striper front:

Yesterday, somewhere off RI...

Sea Dangles with a 45# piglet. Boat fish, but still. That fish had friends as well.

And the Fluke bite is holding it's own and if you drift quietly the small BFTs might blitz 50ft from you...

New saying from an old surf rat:

"Boat fish don't count for people who don't have a boat"

Anyone who thinks there are no fish around, just isn't out there. It's BS. Plain and simple.
